Press the " " button (25) and select the "DESCALING" op-

tion; press the "

" button (21) to enter the menu.

START DESCALING?

Note: If this option is con rmed, the whole cycle

must be completed. Press the "

" button (22)

to exit.

Press the “ ” button (21) to start the DESCALING cycle.

FILL TANK WITH

DESCALING SOLUTION

DESCALING

Pour the entire contents of the bottle of Saeco concentrated

descaling solution into the water tank and  ll the tank with fresh

drinking water up to the level indicated by the icon.

Place the tank back in the machine. Press the " " button (21).

EMPTY DRIP TRAY

DESCALING

Remove any liquids from the drip tray and place it back in

the machine.

Press the " " button (21).

INSERT THE

CAPPUCCINATORE WITH

ALL THE COMPONENTS

DESCALING

Insert the complete Cappuccinatore into the machine and

remove the dispensing spout.

Press the " " button (21).

Note: The suction tube must be removed from

the Cappuccinatore while the descaling cycle is

performed.

PLACE A CONTAINER

UNDER MILK AND HOT

WATER SPOUTS

DESCALING

Place a container under the hot water wand and a large con-

tainer under the Cappuccinatore.
